Registration will be by appointment only in August. 

Forms must be turned in at this time.​

Pay Student Service Fees at this time.

All forms have been mailed to families. If you did not receive your packet, please call the office.

The school handbook has been updated and can be found below.

Hard copies will be handed out at registration appointments.  

 

State Requirements: 

1. Updated Physical - PK, Kindergarten, and 6th grade students

2. Updated Dental Visit - Entering grades K, 2nd & 6th

3. Updated Eye Examination - Kindergarten, required by the state

4. Sports Physical  - any student who wishes to participate in sports
