Make and Take Meals
Worried about what’s for dinner or don’t have the energy to cook every night of the week? This workshop is for you! We will be prep 5 dinners and 2 lunches to take home and use during the week. This will eliminate the “what’s for dinner” question and prep time.

About the Event
Payment required by Aug 20th. Cost includes all groceries for the meals. Space is limited to 8 individuals (min. 4)
A kitchen equipment material list will be sent out after registration.

Taco Casserole (serves 4-6)

You may request vegetarian meals.
About the instructor: Theresa is a certified nutritionist and has completed Plant Based Cooking Certification from Roubxe Cooking School.
